Operation of the company is to make our products available to the consumer at their nearest outlet. In order to achieve this, our distribution channel is as under: -

Distribution Operation: - To ensure smooth, uninterrupted and fast flow of stock from the factory to the ultimate consumer.
To achieve our objective, we have the following important departments which play a vital role in achieving the set objective:

• HRD/Personnel Department
• Accounts & finance
• In Side of Factory – Q.C Department 
• In Side of factory – R & D Department 

Sales & Marketing Department: - The most important department of any company. Responsible for generation of funds by collecting security deposits/ advance payments from the channel partners, formulation of strategies & plans and forecasting of sales by minimizing the distribution expensed.
